v0.9.4Pillar 1 calculations rewritten, with fixes for payment timing, married caps, and childcare credits

- 🔄 Rewrote Pillar 1 calculations. This release fixes several known issues:
- Pillar 1 pensions are now paid early in the month, not at the end of the previous month (issue 171).
- Fixed married cap calculation: early-claim deductions are no longer recomputed when the spouse’s pension is calculated (issue 210).
- Childcare credits (Erziehungsgutschriften, EGS) are now included in the salary used for contributions (issue 183).
